Raising a concern about a specific incident in connection to a child | Parent to contact the class teacher or, if they have done this and it has not been resolved, escalate this to the Head of School OR Class Representatives to advise parent to contact the class teacher or, if they have done this and it has not been resolved, escalate this to the Head of School

Concern about the actions of an adult in school | Parent to contact the adult involved through the school office and escalate to the Head of School if not resolved. In serious cases, this should be escalated to the Head of School immediately. Raising class specific questions or concerns, not yet discussed with the class teacher. | Parents to arrange a meeting with the class teacher, through the school office, to discuss the concern.
